Pre Summer Holiday
Rebecca Gough CooperShare

Hello and welcome to the raw, unfiltered version of our business updates.
This is where we share what we've been working on, what we're learning, and a behind-the-scenes look at the projects currently keeping us busy.
STIRLING
A client came to us with a beautiful new-build home and a vision to make it feel more personal, layered, and full of character. She had already started introducing some wonderful pieces, colourful artwork, patterned dining chairs, and abstract rugs, but felt the space still wasn't coming together in the way she'd hoped.
Our aim with this project is to build on those existing elements, soften the clean new-build feel, and create a home that feels welcoming, considered, and reflective of the family's character.
Stay tuned for the transformation.
NORTH BERWICK
You've all been along for the journey with this one, and honestly, this project has felt like one win after another.
We've gone back and forth quite a bit with this awkward bathroom layout, making thoughtful changes along the way to help the space feel more functional, balanced, and intuitive to use.
The client also had a real love for colour, so it was important for us to find a way to embrace that while ensuring everything felt cohesive and carefully considered. Walking into the space during the renovation and seeing just how much it had transformed genuinely felt like a breath of fresh air.
Progress shots below as well as a visual on the space before. We'll be sharing the finished photographs on our social channels soon, so keep an eye out.

BEFORE

Alongside our interior projects, we've also been working on something rather special for a younger client.
We're currently creating a bespoke children's bunk bed project called The Hispaniola. Designed as a sailing boat, the piece brings together practical design and playful imagination, creating a space that's as much about adventure as it is about sleep.
The name comes from the ship in Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island, a nod that felt particularly fitting given the connection to Fidra in the Firth of Forth, which is widely believed to have inspired the story. It's been a wonderful project to work on, allowing us to create something that celebrates craftsmanship, storytelling, and the magic of childhood.

VESTIBULE SCHEME
The vestibule in this home was all about creating a warm and characterful first impression, a space that immediately sets the tone for the rest of the house.
We developed the full scheme for this area, carefully layering paint colours, fabrics, and wallpaper to bring depth, softness, and personality into what can often be an overlooked transition space.

We're now moving onto the finishing layers of this project with some beautifully made cushions, curtains, and soft furnishings.
We absolutely love the colour palette in this home and how it flows from room to room, creating a sense of continuity throughout the property. The mix of pattern, texture, and colour adds warmth and interest while still feeling balanced and refined.

HOME PA AND GARDENING | NORTH BERWICK
As part of our Home PA service, we're exploring ways to strengthen the relationship between the interior and exterior of this property as we prepare both the house and garden for an overseas client.
By carefully considering how these spaces interact, we can create a more enjoyable living environment that feels connected, functional, and welcoming throughout.

FITTED BLINDS AND WALLPAPER
This room has been transformed with Signature Forêt by Nina Campbell, with the blinds perfectly colour-matched to the design. Featuring an enchanting woodland scene with silhouetted trees, plants, animals, and birds, the wallpaper creates a beautifully immersive atmosphere. The existing wooden wardrobes complement the scheme perfectly and tie the whole look together despite the client initially considering replacing them.

LAMP ALTERATION PROJECT
The lamp bases will be remade so both lamps sit at exactly the same height, creating a more harmonious and considered look. No project is too big or too small; we're always happy to find the right solution for every space.

Garden design and Interiors
One of the many elements we enjoy on residential projects is creating a thoughtful connection between the home and its surroundings.
We believe the exterior should feel like a natural extension of the interior rather than a separate entity. Through careful planning and collaboration, this project creates a seamless relationship between house and garden, allowing each space to enhance the other.
We're incredibly proud of how this beautiful project came together and are delighted to share the finished result.
