Return Policy
Please note - found furniture and bespoke pieces are ineligible for return. Return policy applies to accessories only - reach out to us directly with any questions if you're unsure what category your purchase fits in.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 14 days for returns/exchanges.
- Incorrect Items: Contact us within 14 days for exchanges.
- Unsatisfactory Items: Return within 14 days in original condition; customer covers return shipping.
Return Process:
- Contact us for an RA number.
- Securely package the item(s) with RA number.
- Ship to the provided address.
- Upon inspection, we'll process refunds/exchanges.
Notes:
- Returns without an RA number may not be processed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except for our errors.
- We're not responsible for lost/damaged return shipments.
